Check-in & check-out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are offered subject to availability. Guaranteed late check-out is included in some packages.

Age & identification

The main guest on every reservation must be at least 21 years old.
A valid government-issued photo ID and a payment card in the guest's name are required at check-in.
Entry to the gaming floor, Card School, the Brass Fern Bar and the Fernhall Lounge is restricted to guests aged 21 and over. ID may be requested at any time.

Deposits & cancellations

The first night's rate is charged as a deposit when you book.
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, and no-shows, are charged one night's stay.
Package and special-event rates may have different terms, shown at the time of booking.

Children & families

Children are welcome and stay free in their parents' room when using existing bedding. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children may use Canopy Pool until 7:00 PM and are not permitted on the gaming floor.

Pets

Trained service animals are always welcome. We are unable to accommodate other pets.

Smoking

Luck Fern Lodge is entirely smoke-free, including all guest rooms and the gaming floor. A designated outdoor area is available near the Garden Terrace. A cleaning fee of $250 applies for smoking in guest rooms.

Parking

Valet parking is complimentary for overnight guests. Day visitors may use valet or self-parking at posted rates. Electric vehicle charging is available on level one of the garage.

Accessibility

We offer accessible rooms with roll-in showers, visual alarms and lowered fixtures, plus step-free routes to every public area. Please tell us about your needs when booking so we can prepare.
